We will meet on a weekly basis for 12 90-minute group calls over the course of 3 months. We will also have ~30 mins a week in aligned action homework and optional ad hoc live group coaching sessions.

No problem. All sessions will be recorded and will be shared with participants immediately following calls.

That said, attendance will allow you to get the most out of this course as you’ll have the option for live coaching and interactions with me and the other course members.
