The core curriculum consists 12 2-hour group calls over the course of 3 months with ~30 mins a week in aligned action homework.
We will also have a 2 hour kick off call and a 2 hour closing ceremony.
Additionally, throughout the program there may be optional “office hours” featuring ad hoc live group coaching sessions.

No problem. All sessions will be recorded and will be shared with participants immediately following calls.
That said, attendance will allow you to get the most out of this course as you’ll have the option for live coaching and interactions with me and the other course members.
We encourage participants to commit to missing no more than 3 sessions during the 3 month program.
